"BEWARE: Scott called me on 7/11 and quoted me $178 for insurance on my newly acquired 2018 Toyota Avalon. I gave him my CC number, but when he sent me the information, the policy was for the 2016 Sentra that I had traded in for the Avalon. He said we could modify the policy, but the premium would increase. Based on this inept interaction, I asked him to refund the $178. He said he did so and I would receive the refund within 48 hours. More than a week later I still have no refund. I have about 12 emails between us documenting that he quoted me for the wrong car and then tried to bait-and-switch to the correct car at a higher price. And State Farm's corporate office is still giving me the run-around."
